Hitting the ball
Well once again we came up short, oh well. I have a new way of hitting the ball, see what I do is swing as hard as I can, hit the ball on top to make it a grounder, the only problem is, it doesn't roll, it hits the ground about six inches in front of me and stays there. I run as fast as I can but the ball seems to beat me to 1st base. This is two games in a row this has happened. I am gonna name this hit the Blevins Bunt. Anyone wanting to learn it, reconsider NOW.

The Blevins Bunt. Hahaha... That's great. I usually call it the swinging bunt, but I like your version better. Are you sure you want to name this type of hit after you? It's not exactly a glamorous thing to be know for.
I agree. I would not be so anxious to name something after you that you seem so disappointed in. But whatever floats your boat!
You can't name it the Blevins Bunt ... Tommy patented it several years ago. :)
At least he was fast enough to beat it out! Hehehehe
